Frisby Roofing did a good job for us
In 2017 We retain the services of Frisby Co. to replace our roof. After giving our deposit to replace our roof. Amanda (sales Manager) heard how our insurance company treated us. She ask if she can look at our information and correspondence with them. She assured us that she could get the insurance company to pay to replace the roof. We thought that we would let Frisby try. My experience with Frisby Construction was an excellent one. They kept in contact with me through the whole process. The crew was great, not noisy or disrespectful very clean and professional and doing quick work. Office personnel were friendly and knowledgable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone else.
Great experience, all the way around. insurance work is never fun yet the staff of Frisby made it easy. They showed a lot of patience and genuine desire to ensure I got exactly what I needed. In addition, the follow up was excellent. Their planning, organization, thoroughness, and timing wene second to mone!
Frisby roofing did a great job on my roof. They were fast in installing the roof and they did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. Out of three competing contractors in my area they were the most affordable as well.
When I contacted Frisby about a new roof that I needed for my patio enclosure they had someone to come and meet with me and gave me a quote for the work to be performed. They gave me weekly updates as to when the job would be started weather permitting. Everything was on schedule as stated. It took one day and after completion, they cleaned area. I am happy with the outcome of my new patio roof and everything looks good! I would use Frisby again and recommend them to others as well!
Frisby Construction installed a new roof on our home November 28 & 29, 2017. Their crew worked tirelessly from early morning to dusk both days. They removed the old shingles and prepped the roof and the new shingles were installed the 29th. The new roof not only looks great but gives us peace of mind as the old roof had several small leaks. They were great. There was no pressure. Everyone was wonderful through the entire process. They were flexible with my schedule. The workers were courteous and did very neat work. It only took one day. The roof looks great!
This is a class "A" act. Frisby keeps you informed all the way through the project with phone calls and updates. Everything they say they will do they follow through with. The work was done in a timely and professional manner and when I called about a concern that I had they were quickly responsive and solved the problem. I would definitely use them again.
