Frisby construction did an excellent job on my tenants roof. I was sceptical upon receiving their arial flyer in the mail, but a friend who lived near their office said he'd only heard positive things so we took a chance. We were unavailable to come to the house "roofing day" but very impressed when we went up there to see the results. I would never recommend Frisby Construction. We signed a contract with them the summer of 2017 to have new siding put on our house. The project didn’t start until November, which we new it was going to take awhile before starting. Then there were little problems the entire time. The siding crew that they subcontract with repeatedly left our gates open and our dogs got out. Then, they ran out of supplies and had to wait for more to come in. Frisby Construction did enter into a contract for siding with ****** *** ****** *******, on August 17th 2017. As the customer mentioned we did let them know up front we were in our busy season and it would be several weeks. During construction we always recommend to keep animals inside. We were replacing siding on all areas of the home. As it is a construction zone we recommend children and animals stay free of the site. We apologize if our crew happened to leave the gate open. Frisby roofing sent me a flier a couple of years ago that I thought was interesting as there was a picture of my roof with a detailed estimate for a complete roof. So I but it aside and forgot about it. In Feb. I developed a leak and found I indeed needed some repairs and a complete new roof. I was surprised that they honored the price quote they had sent TWO yrs ago with only minor additions for the damaged area that was leaking. They are friendly and wonderful, even give you a free bible..... until you sign the papers, then its all about the money, money and money. Had my roof for about 6 months and noticed a problem , so i called them. They told me it would cost me 150.00 for them to look at it, after they got 8000.00 from my insurance company. The warranty they give you isn't worth the paper its written on. Just think about your worst customer experience....then double it. If you are thinking of hiring these people, DON'T
Friendly family company and the workers were working hard all day and stayed until the finished. They did an excellent job. I am very pleased.
4/22/2018 i received a flyer in the mail from Frisby roofing at my current address for another address i own. i was getting bids from other co.s and Frisby under bid them considerably. the crew showed up early and did a outstanding job.i stopped by after work and you never knew they were there.very nice job! i will use them again in the future

I highly recommend using Frisby Construction. The office person I worked with was Kim and she kept me informed every step of the way. Working around the weather this March and April caused some delays but I was fine with it. I knew ahead of time that there would be additional expense if they had to replace any boards. They delivered the materials the evening before and completed the work the next day. They cleaned up well and put all of the leftover materials in a pile on the side of my house out of the way. They did a pretty good job. The only guy that spoke english was the roof foreman and he was nice. The weather did not cooperate, and it rained very heavy the day after. We had a leak and they came out to fix it the next day. I've found about 20 nails just walking around and looking but it's to be expected. The price was great and we would use them again. ****
