I received a flyer from Frisby Construction and was impressed with their use of technology. They gave me an estimate based on a satellite view of our roof, and then honored it almost a year later. I was skeptical they would be able to do the tear-off and install in one day, but the crew that worked on our roof got it done! Excellent work. And the communication preceding the job was very good. We are very satisfied customers and give them a high recommendation.

Best Price Around!!! It may take longer than expected because of weather, but worth it. All done in one day. They do a final inspection, which made me feel even better. It's been a month and no leaks.

Had my entire roof replaced. Due to rain scheduling was tricky, however they contacted me every week to keep me posted. A week out from install, they contacted me by phone with final details. The work was done on the day it was scheduled and completed on same day. Looks great & I have no complaints! I also received an email the next day from Frisby asking me if all clean up and materials were to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Frisby!!

We had a leak in our laundry room, saw a quote on the door for roof work, the price seemed very reasonable, so we pulled the trigger. It took many, many months after we pulled the trigger for them to come out to do the work. After the work was done, they slapped us with the additional work charges, which came in as exactly DOUBLE what we were originally quoted. Frisby did a flat roof for me, and they were about half the price of the other bids I got. We had a little trouble scheduling, but they got it done, and it looks like they did a good job.
Frisby Roofing is a great family owned business! After a year of dealing with other roofing companies and trying to deal with our insurance on a claim, Frisby came through for us! Their bid beat the competitors by over $5,000 on our very large roof. They were on time and cleaned up the job site afterwards. They provided the best customer service that I could have asked for and I would highly recommend them for anyone in the market for roof repairs or a new roof. A+++++ RATING!
As this is the first roof I have had installed, and some of the horror stories I have heard, and seen first hand, have to relay the following. The crew showed up yesterday, July 5th as scheduled. This was one of the hottest days this year. They worked tirelessly until late in the afternoon. Completed about half the roof before weather forced them off the roof. The roof was off and off in one day! It looks good. Their workers worked hard. They delayed giving me date they were going to put it on because of rain. And when you call and they say they will call you back I learned they don't call back that day!
We are happy with the end result and the quality of our new roof installed by Frisby. We felt we received a fair price and a lower bid than their competitors. Frisby was always responsive and willing to listen to my concerns and any issues with the install. They were very patient in answering my questions and very willing to rectify any issues after the roof was installed.
