Frisby Construction did an excellent job! Pricing and quality was exceptional! The office personnel were very helpful and professional. They kept us abreast of the schedule and were patient as we selected the roof color. The roofing crew was extremely hardworking and neat. Frisby Construction worked with us and our insurance company every step of the way throughout our claim process. Our roof was damaged during a storm. We were referred to Frisby by a friend. All work was completed to our satisfaction and made the insurance claim process much easier for us with excellent communication. Job was completed in a timely manner and roof looks great!
Throughout the process they consistently updated me as to when my roof would be taken care of. Due to the weather it had to be delayed a few times but they were very good about communicating this with me. The materials were delivered when they said they would be and the roof was completed in one day. We had two leaks in our previous roof and they solved those issues with this new roof. Frisby went above and beyond for me. Not only did they deal with my insurance company, but they did so for 6 months to make sure the job got done correctly. Once my insurance finally approved my roof replacement, Frisby was fast and professional. I'd recommend them to anybody looking for great work and great people.
Frisby Roofing replaced our roof only three days after we signed our contract! Their workers cae in at 7:30 am, and they were done with the work by 5 pm. They removed all the old roofing material, replaced all defective plywood on the roof, installed the new roof, and cleaned up beautifully. We now have a new roof that we are proud of, and hope to last us the next 25 years! Frisby Roofing folks are real professionals.

I heard about Frisby through a flyer I received in the mail in the Fall 2017. I wasn’t in the market for a new roof at the time but I was impressed with Frisby’s cost competitiveness that I kept it until I was told I needed a new roof by another roofing company in early Winter 2018. I called and was pleasantly surprised that their offer was still valid for me. Received flyer in mail from Frisby for my house with picture, work description, and price quote. Sounded interesting so I phoned for quote on my second property. I chose to visit office to select shingle type / color and authorize contracts. Both houses ( 2 miles apart ) were roofed same day by separate crews and I reviewed their work. Great job on both roofs and complete cleanups. I strongly recommend Frisby. Each person I came in contact with was cheerful and professional. Thank you.
