Frisby Construction was great to work with, consistent in their communication with me, and I'm very pleased with the results of their work (they replaced my roof and put on all new gutters). I'd highly recommend them!
I had Frisby do my roof. They were very affordable, which gave me concern about the workmanship I would get. they arrived around two p.m., as I was going to work, which had me even more concerned because it was going to rain that night and I worried about coming home to a wet indoors. They were great on keeping me informed as to when my roof would be installed. The installers were friendly and courteous and cleaned up as they went along. Roof looks great. They performed as promised.
We received a flier in the mail which usually ends up in the trash. But since we were in the market for a new roof I decided to take a look. It was very professional and had a google map picture of our actual roof with a price. The price was a lot lower than we were expecting to pay. We received a flyer in the mail, which I usually toss into the trash however, this time we checked into it. We met with Frisby and discussed the roof replacement process, pricing, etc. and ended up contracting with them. Work was performed professionally and as originally scheduled...overall very good experience.
We had a great experience from start to finish. The entire Frisby Team was professional and courtesy every step of the way, They were flexible with their scheduling and communicated any changes in advance. The crew worked hard and did a wonderful job...a very friendly group of workers. We would highly recommend!
I was pleasantly surprised with Frisby's price. They where very professional from the beginning to the end, they seemed very concerned about a quality job and customer satisfaction. All of my job requirements where surprisingly standard procedures for Frisby in the job quote. And I am a retired contractor who knows the construction business quite well. I had received a flyer from Frisby with an estimated price of a new roof. I had been thinking about a new roof since mine was older and I did not like the color. After receiving a few quotes from other roofing companies at 2 to 3 times the cost. I went with Frisby. I was very impressed with their showroom. I received a flyer from Frisby. At first I was skeptical but I made an appointment to learn more. I ended up getting my roof (including a flat part of the house with rubber roofing) and gutters. I set up a payment plan of 12 months that made it easy to pay (instead of paying up front). They called me each week to let me know where I stood on the production line (how far out until the installation).
