Excellent communication along the entire process. We had some cold and wet weather before the roof install, as soon as the weather broke they were right on it. Then there’s the workmanship, done just like I would. Nice 1” overhang at the eves, Ice guard at the perimeter along the gutters, and new flashing. To finish, the grounds were spotless, no nails, no trash left behind. Would and will use Frisby again. Thanks Frisby!
I have had my roof for a little over two years. They tried to lie about the amount of plywood they had to use and overcharge me by several hundred dollars. Good thing I speak Spanish and could ask the crew myself. When I asked for proof they backpedaled and agreed to count the foreman gave me. Now, my roof has been leaking for weeks now. Just keep getting the run around. So basically the warranty is a joke. I paid entirely too much for the roof to be dealing with crap. My advice? RUN!!!
We got our whole roof replaced. Delivered materials one day and installed it the next (weather caused the delay). They arrived at the end of the time window but got to work immediately. There was the threat of bad weather that day so one of the guys told me they would start with part of it. They did end up being able to do the whole roof in one day. We hired Frisby Roofing to replace our roof in Dec. 2017. We couldn't have been more pleased with their work! From the day we stopped in their office till the job was complete, we received professional, courteous attention. They kept us informed about the scheduling of the job with weekly texts to my phone. With an organized and friendly staff they were upfront with the lead times for the job and when it came time to schedule they had the material delivered one day and the next day I had a new roof! The clean up was excellent in that I could barely tell anyone was there and the job itself was great! I couldn't be happier!
