Their incompetence is unmatched. From cancelling on us 20 minutes before giving us our keys (of which we found out through our estate agent, not themselves) to leaving a broken boiler and skirting board for 4 and counting months. Freshwater’s communication is non existent. They have continued to charge us for two weeks when we were not living in one of their property’s. Have now left me without heating for four days and are refusing to do anything about it even though it’s my legal right to have heating.
Many surprises on shelves
No wonder why they only collected bad reviews. NEVER AND EVER deal with them. Is not only the worst property management company in the UK, but they also pretend to be right when they are absolutely wrong. Worse people ever
