Received a tracking number which shows that the order has not even been posted yet after 5 days. No reply to my email. Lovely products but very poor customer service and delivery time. Please reply with a solution.

Waired over a week for delivery. They use the muppets at Royal Snail. who said they had attempted delivery but my cctv doesn't show anyone coming to the house. Spoke to Royal Mail customer service to arrange redelivery despite promises nothing has arrived. They also said the contract is with Fresh SKin not me. Freshskin don't seem to care and their hpone number is inoperative...Not impressed
