As always Susie is the best person I've ever had to do my nails. They always look amazing, Susie, is professional, kind and a great listener. I can't fault any treatments I've had with her or at freshlook beauty generally. They are all lovely.xx

I've been here a few times and always experienced issues,over charged or services not booked,only come here for convenience when my usual tech is not available and have once again been let down today on the time of my appointment,had email proof but told I could wait, look upstairs, or rebook, no apology didn't look particularly bothered,just confirmed the previous reasons I don't come here Edit - if I knew the therapist had called in sick or contact had been attempted I would of been more understanding,thank you for the res... read more

I had a wonderful experience having my nails done by Suzi. She is highly professional, attentive, and clearly takes great pride in her work. She took the time to understand my preferences and ensured every detail was finished to an excellent standard. The results are beautiful and long-lasting, and I have received many compliments. I would highly recommend Suzi to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable nail technician.
