Great place, great staff, not over subscribed. You can easily move around without waiting for different machines. A cracking place.

My 14yr old loves the indepandance to gym with his friends after school, and I feel at ease knowing there are staff watching them to make sure they are safe and to give them advice when needed. I wish you had a gym in Hampton.

Fresh Gym is what I class as Shepperton’s hidden gem! A friendly atmosphere throughout, with an eclectic group of people from all walks of life, with one common purpose, fitness and health. The classes are geared for all fitness levels, with no pressure, just encouragement to keep you going, which in my case is much needed🤣 The general gym equipment is clean and well laid out, with the lovely staff on hand to help if needed. Couldn’t recommend Fresh enough - such a welcoming & friendly gym environment. All the staff are amazing and there are classes and equipment to suit everyone - a great all rounder. My mum recommended Fresh to me and I’m so glad I joined. The gym is in fact no longer a chore and is now something I enjoy very much, so thank you Fresh!
