Totally horrible. Business was open and guy with tattoo on arm was in there with a lady and no one else. I had drove about 15 minutes to get there and he asked to give him 20 minutes as he was having a conversation with the lady. I respected that and waited in the car. Came back and he said he's gonna need another hour saying "this is more important to me than any £20 haircut" I replied saying but you are open and that's not how to run a business his response was "ok leave it for today then".
