Customer service at the head office were unfriendly on Pure Audits
Disgraceful company throughout all especially the (woman) receptionist. Really above her paygrade indeed... She is an embarrassment. They don't get much better in the back office...
Only come here to collect empty kegs and it's wast to find nice and clean really friendly staff who couldn't praise the company enough what was nice to hear as its normally the other way around and even got a free costa coffee thanks lads
