Advisor was very helpful. Norms could provide some good seating arrangement for customers and amenities. Regular oil change and diagnostics check could be quicker for customers coming with scheduled appointments.
They have always taken care of my car in a professional manner. Service staff is very friendly.
I have always been very well treated here. The service is excellent and they try very hard to cover all the bases. I also appreciate their use of BG products that extend the warranty coverage. Terri is an excellent manager.

Salina at the front desk is absolutely wonderful. She’s kind and on top of her game. Grateful for her to be taking care of people that are upset about their cars. She knows how to make people feel good and happy about the inconvenience of dropping a car off. Salvador is amazing and does not care that he should be closing. Still grateful to be there and to help.
