I took my car in for a 100k service. The brake job had to be redone but they covered the labor. It was a satisfactory ending but next time I will replace the rotors instead of resurfacing.

I am so appreciative for Angela and my entire experience at Norm Reeves Mazda! Recently my Mazda’s battery died, and even after replacing the battery, the car wouldn’t start! I was extremely stressed out but Norm Reeves answered my phone call, had my car towed, offered a replacement vehicle, and had my car fixed in no time. I felt really well taken care of and m thankful for how kind and friendly Angela and the rest of the staff was. Thank you!
I had excellent technical communication with both the service advisor as well as the technician working on my vehicle.
Overall excellent. Angela (service advisor) and Josh (technician) are outstanding. I have been returning to them for all my Mazda work for more than 10 years.
Excellent, although replacing spark plugs is way too expensive. I received timely service as always.

Great people work at this dealership. I had a very happy time and was taken care of swiftly and thoroughly. Facility was clean and I was made at home with provided coffee while I waited, and I didn't have to wait long. Every employee was kind and generous, but I want to give a shout-out to Angela who was really committed to making sure I had the most positive experience possible. Thank you!
