I was looking for a Ram Laramie and when i stopped in at Freehold Dodge i was treated excellent. The sales man Shane was very professional and a really nice guy. He got me the truck i wanted and i would recommend Freehold Dodge to my friends.
My husband and I have, for the most part, never had a good experience with any car dealers. However, we were pleasantly surprised at the friendliness and eagerness of the team at Freehold Dodge dealer. They weren't pushy but were genuinely eager to get our business. I am very satisfied with the work of this salesman and the dealership in general. The salesman is a real professional and he is worth dealing with. I gave this rating, because the deal was honest, though this dealership made some unskilful deeds that were not useful for both of us. But, overall, everyhing was done ok and I can trust this dealer.
Went to Freehold Dodge as they were the only ones that were willing to work with my requests and were able to get me a brand new car for less than my previous monthly payment. Great group of sales staff and managers. Highly recommend.
Everyone at Freehold Dodge was great to work with. We went in to look at the Dodge Durango after looking at almost everything else in the class. We went there after going to an incredibly high pressure dealership and were a little wary. We needn't have worried. Everyone was helpful and there was no pressure applied. Walking into any car dealership you experience anxiety..well for me anyway... From my first phone call with Bob and to the signing of the paperwork I felt no pressure..Even when they brought " The Manager "over ..(who in my experence was always high pressure)..
