After months of research on a dodge challenger, I finally contacted Freehold Dodge. Ira quoted me a great deal online and I came in and bought the car for the price that I was told. I really didn't expect the process to be this easy, and expected to do a lot of haggling. However, that was not the case. I will definitely come back to Freehold Dodge. The people were also pretty friendly, and I even got to talking with the General Manager, Steve Boyce for quite some time.
My experience was great. I ordered the truck I wanted. Was told 8-10 weeks to come in and was in at 6 weeks. Plus was able to get another $1,000 off in rebates. They have also serviced our other trucks and experience if fine as well. Thanks again, Chris
There Desire to sell Vehicles is ZERO Effort they will Basically have to be handed a Sale or they will not hesitate to take other Sales from there Co-Workers as they tried to take Mine .Trust me these are two People you will regret to Deal with.
i bought the Charger through the Internet department. I started with Ira, he gave me a great price. then Mort was a decent laid back salesman and Steve in finance was terrific without pressure. this was the best experience i have had in the 30 years of buying cars. i have already sent friends and family to buy from them. freehold dodge is the best dealer.
Mr. Ira was very arrogant and rude, I chose not to give them my business. I will go to another dealer with manners, especially when I shop with the full price cash in my hand.
We went to a dozen dealerships,litterally. Freehold Dodge/Subaru surpassed by far any car buying experience we have ever had. we were not swarmed by salespeople when we walked in,instead we were offered coffee or a beverage and made to feel right at home.
