I was very pleased with my experience at Freehold Dodge. The original truck that I had planned on receiving fell through due to another dealership failing to cooperate with Freehold Dodge. Although Freehold Dodge was able to find me what I wanted and deliver on it with a price I was very pleased with. The Lifetime warranty and lifetime free oil changes will keep me coming back!

I purchased my 2013 Dodge Journey from Freehold Dodge today and have to admit that I was extremely surprised and pleased with how smoothly the entire process went. I have purchased 10 new cars over the years and have never seen a dealership and staff as courteous and professional as Freehold Dodge, particularly Dean, my sales representative, and Jeff the Finance Manager. My husband and I went in to look at the dodge durango... When we got there we were greeted by Shane and his manager David. They were both very friendly and helpful,Shane was very knowledgeable with the car and we were very happy with the final price of our lease. Brought vehicle in for non starting issue four times and they could not fix it but charged me. My warranty states that I should get a loaner car but of course they never have it. They stated it is difficult to diagnose if not a Dodge dealership then who should be able to fix their vehicles. Do not purchase any vehicles here or have them serviced here. spoke to Ira regarding sale of 2012 charger on lot ,had a trade in he stated that he would have to speak to his sale manager and get back to me. Never received a call back to make a deal or it wasnt possible . Bad customer service should have returned my call either way

If you're in the market for a car than you must stop by Freehold Dodge and talk to Mort Brach. This guy knows his stuff! There is no high pressure to buy a car. Just a friendly knowledgeable sales staff and their prices are cheaper than any other dealer in the area. The best part is "Free oil changes" for as long as you own the vehicle and free loaner cars! Enough said! Check this place out, you won't be sorry. Oh and by the way, they sell Subaru's as well so if Dodge is not on your shopping list, check out the new Subaru's.

I went in to look at a car I had seen online. The salesperson supplied me will all the information I requested. Even though I has selected a different vehicle from their inventory to purchase, the sales team made the whole experience very swift and simple. I didn't have to spend all day sifting through different documents and I never felt pressure to purchase any thing I didn't think I needed.

I am a long time customer at Freehold Dodge/Subaru and I'm always satisfied with the customer service and prices I get there. I do highly recommend them to my friends and family members. They have always worked very hard to get me the best deal that meets my needs and my budget.
