Surprise Surprise Who would have thought you could have a hassle free, stress free experience while buying a car? I certainly didn't, until I went to Freehold Dodge and met Nick Anello. If you suffer from new car dealer anxiety like I do, go see Nick, you'll be glad you did.

Cant thank them enough! From the second I walked into Freehold Dodge I knew these were people I could trust buying a car from. No pushy sales people hounding you down to give them your business. A simple hello and let us know if you need anything attitude. They were more than willing to answer any questions and offer any expertise, even if it wasn't from themselves. Excellent, Accommodating I was looking for a 2015 Challenger for my wife, went to Freehold Dodge met Nick, Very nice guy and very accommodating worked a deal with him then did the test drive great car. This is a class A dealership, when you walk in it's nice and clean, cars in the show room very clean. Presentation of your cars and trucks means a lot to my. Excellent experience Purchased a new Ram truck here. Nick was very easy to work with and spent a couple hours trying to find the exact truck I was looking for. When it couldn't be found he placed an order. Dealership honored the Truecar pricing and never tried to haggle.

Seriously Tried to call multiple times to get an appointment, once I was transferred to the service department the phone just rang and rang and rang forever. No one ever answered. Figured I would drive down there because I already knew what was wrong with my truck and *knew* it was covered under warranty. After standing there at the service desk waiting for someone to even acknowledge I existed, I was told they don't accept my warranty. My warranty is a dodge warranty named Portfolio....what a joke! Great experience as usual this is the third car purchased from freehold dodge. Shane is most helpful, friendly, knowledgeable . Makes purchasing a vehicle as stress free as possible. I would highly recommend freehold dodge to any of my friends and family.
