Seriously Tried to call multiple times to get an appointment, once I was transferred to the service department the phone just rang and rang and rang forever. No one ever answered. Figured I would drive down there because I already knew what was wrong with my truck and *knew* it was covered under warranty. After standing there at the service desk waiting for someone to even acknowledge I existed, I was told they don't accept my warranty. My warranty is a dodge warranty named Portfolio....what a joke! MP great experience to buy at Freehold Dodge. I went to a few dealers in NY & NJ looking for Dodge Durango 2014 and trade in my 2013 SXT they all gave me prices. Then I called Amy at Freehold Dodge. She made me feel very comfortable and gave me a great price . Then I walked in to the Showroom and Morton helped me close the the deal. It was a great experirience . If there were 10 Star rating I would give it to this Dealer. No pressure and great help. I drove 50 miles to get there and it was all worth it.
Freehold Dodge We decided to see if it was the right time to purchase a new vehicle so we stopped in at Freehold Dodge. We were greeted by Shane Boyce who made our purchasing experience a happy one. He didn't pressure us, showed us exactly what we wanted to see and kept us informed every step of the way. The sales manager Dave was awesome also. We have purchased a vehicle from Freehold Dodge previously, but with this experience, we would not hesitate to purchase again or refer a friend.
Very pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The first time I visited, my salesman Bryan Hughes took the time to answer my questions and took me on a test drive. This was after I had informed him I wasn't ready to buy. A few months later, when I was ready, I went back and bought a Dart with his help. Everyone was easy to deal with. When we went to pick up the car, the dealership was prepared and was quick to get us on our way. Normally the paper work takes some time. Overall a very pleasant experience.
