I went in to look at a car I had seen online. The salesperson supplied me will all the information I requested. Even though I has selected a different vehicle from their inventory to purchase, the sales team made the whole experience very swift and simple. I didn't have to spend all day sifting through different documents and I never felt pressure to purchase any thing I didn't think I needed.
I am a long time customer at Freehold Dodge/Subaru and I'm always satisfied with the customer service and prices I get there. I do highly recommend them to my friends and family members. They have always worked very hard to get me the best deal that meets my needs and my budget.
I just leased a Subaru Forester from Mike Moursy at the dealership. He was extremely helpful, patient!!!, honest, and trustworthy. This is my first car and my first big purchase on my own. I was so glad that I went into the dealership and found Mike. He could not have been any nicer to us. I went to several dealerships on my car search and had terrible experiences due to my young age. I strongly recommend this dealership and especially Mike for any one looking to purchase a car!!!!! :)

Freehold Dodge provided me with an outstanding buying experience. The new Ram 1500 I purchased was spotless, with everything I asked for, delivered on-time, with no issues and it is gorgeous. Not only is my 2013 Ram 1500 BigHorn sweet looking but it rides great and has the power I need and is an excellent value. The staff that I dealt with was extremely helpful. I had to wait a few more days for the color that I wanted but that was not in there control. They did not get annoyed when I called or showed up every other day which almost felt like I was dealing with family. At the end of the day they just wanted to make sure that I was happy
Morte was friendly & helpful but the speed of service was BEYOND slow. Waited 3 hours to sign papers. There was 1 person working on a sat. Dealing with loans. Car could have been COMPLETELY detailed. Owner could have cared less when it was mentioned to him.
Morton Brach was very friendly, attentive, accommodating, professional and patient. I thought I wanted to buy the Subaru Impreza hatchback in only two color choices, neither of which was in inventory. He assured me that he would find one of the choices within 2 days. Mort was great to work with. A straight shooter who wasn't trying to push the sale. It was a pleasant surprise how quickly everything was processed once the trade was agreed on.
