Freedom Honda is by far the best dealer I have worked with over the last few years. I used to always by Ford, but since buying my first car years ago at Freedom, I will only by Honda from now on.
Struggling between a 2 or 3 star. Had an appointment (at 11:30 a.m.) to get a simple oil change. It is now 1:15 p.m. and my car is just now done. Although the staff were friendly, I struggle to understand why it took an hour and 45 minutes. What is the point of making an appointment? Is this normal? I am baffled at the excessive time.
Just left Freedom Honda at the Powers Auto Park. Five star service! I purchased my new Honda Pilot there a few months ago and took it in for my first oil change/tire rotation. We purchased the 3 year service package for the new cars and it is worth it. Best service, fast, professional and friendly.
