Armand was awesome to work with when we purchased our new pilot! He was so informative and genuine, and not pushy. We had previously had a poor experience with the sales department, but decided to give Freedom Honda another chance. And it turned out well. We had been taking our 2010 CRV and 2014 Civic there for service ever since we moved to Colorado Springs, and their service department is fantastic! That is one reason why we decided to give them another chance!
They provide fair and competitive pricing on service, the people there are friendly and professional and we have two Hondas and we are very happy with them.
Every single staff member and management was professional, friendly and helpful. I've had some bad car buying experiences and this one was PERFECT!! You guys have a great team and made it so easy and comfortable for me. Thank you so much for putting me in a vehicle that I couldn't even dream of having. �
I had some scheduled maintenance done on my Honda FIT. I was in and out in less than an hour. Coffee, fruit and donuts were provided. The Service Clerk graciously answered some of my questions. It was a 5 star experience.
Jerrell, my service advisor, was excellent--professional, friendly, and helpful.
It would be nice if they provided loaner cars when they have exorbitant repair expenses for you. The place was clean, folks friendly, coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar was watery, they had apples and oranges available. Shuttle driver was very friendly, and talkative. The estimate they gave for my repairs was outrageous! I went in for a recall item and repair, but of course they found several issues (seals, oil pump, etc) needing replacement.
