Was very happy walking out with a Honda certified pre-owned 2013 Pilot. It had 28,580 or so miles on it. Come to find out when I brought it back for my 1st oil change, only put 6k miles on it, that I had to pay for all the 30,000 mile service stuff. I spent over $31k for the vehicle and they didn't complete the 30k mile service on before they sold it because it was 1,500 miles under. Completely disappointed. When I brought it up I was told "We can give you 10% off of labor." Most likely won't be coming back.
Service Dept is great, however, sale is ridiculous. 10Gs more for a 2016 Pilot at Freedom than at Front Range. Why you ask? Almost $8K in add ons that only about about $1G with an outside vendor in addition to $2.5K mark up called "Regional Adjustment". Funny how Honda says that is not a "thing" and is only local to Freedom. When asked if I could purchase one without all of the add ones, I was told no. Been there for service on our 04 pilot was treated awesome and the work was quality. Also I visit frequently for parts on my project car at home and a young lady by the name of Angel was very helpful and made sure I got everything I need in a timely manner
Incredible customer service! These people went above and beyond to make sure I had all my questions answered. Even though I didn't leave that day with a car from the lot, I was very impressed with their high level of professionalism!! Definitely recommend you come here for you next vehicle purchase! :-)
