Sales team treated us well and got us into a Honda Pilot.
The rating started with 5 stars and ended with 5 stars, however the middle was like a marriage you have good days and bad day or moments ! By far Eric our sales rep top notch and once they heard my displeased comments on my brand new one day old car 98 miles on it! He'll I think everyone in the building was aware of me ...and not at them but Honda the assembly line issuing a stamp of approval to be sold as a good car...well after making sure I was happy and feeling better...it leaked oil and that's so not a comforting feelin... read more
My friend and I went to freedom Honda over the weekend to look at cars. We stopped at the Freedom Honda at 4955 New Car Drive. Her and I were treated with respect and all of our questions were answered. I was so impressed by how we were treated that my husband and I went back up there last night. With Freedom Hondas help and support and I am now a Proud owner of a 2016 Honda. If you want great customer service go see Craig at that location.
Went for an initial consultation and test drive. Vlada is the best, very knowledgeable and friendly.

Stopped in around 10:30 this morning to look at Honda Pilots. A salesman quickly approached us. He never introduced himself. He was easily distracted and he kept disappearing on us. So we left during the last time he disappeared on us. Evidently he was not interested in selling us a car. Very disappointed.
