I have nothing but good things to say about Freedom Honda. After experiencing the run-around frustration of car-shopping at other dealers, I was pleasantly surprised by Freedom's friendly, courteous, non-scumbaggish staff. I certainly recommend!

Excellence in service! They were prompt, friendly and attentive.
Very poor service from the "service" department. Records in their "system" are in error or have been falsely changed, shame! No effort from either the rep or the manager to correct, and a 75 minute oil change when I had an appointment? Should be called Lack of Freedom Honda.
Pretty bad customer service. As someone in a customer service field I get very upset when I'm treated bad somewhere. Was told I could get my referral if I called the guy who sold my boyfriend his car, after getting into contact with the seller he denied me. I called his boss and tried to get some information why I couldn't get the referral, and the manager never called me back even though I was told It could be fixed. I made appt to get snow tires put on, I have them, wall after a 2hour wait, they told me brand new snow tires where put on, instead of the ones I had in the van. They did not charge me, but I was not Happy, as I made appt to avoid the long wait.!!! I have bought two Odyssey's from them, the latest a 2016, I am not happy with this service at all.
