Friendly, thorough, on time...
Went for a "free" oil change coupon. The wait was 90 mins with an appt which I understood. They had it on the rack for an hour and then the service tech came to me to tell me that the drain plug was on rather tight. He then said it would either need a new drain plug or a $400 to $500 oil pan. I could not believe this. I felt skeptical and had them pull it from the rack. Needless to say I will never go back. I guess nothing is free anymore.
RecommendedCar shopping is not something I like to do or do often. Julio Sandoval made the process easy and delivered the car we wanted at a price we could afford. I bought my new 2016 oddsey from here about 2 years ago! I worked with Eric Holt, who was very helpful, not pushy, and made sure i got exactly the van i wanted. Well my husband saw how great the new 2018 accords look and went to test drive one with Eric and of course he liked it. 2 days later we bought another Honda through freedom honda with eric!
