I bought an inexpensive car from freedom I had seen on their website. I went there based on the radio commercials. I got a lot of car for the price but the buying experience left a lot to be desired. I felt like the salesperson was indifferent and my business didn't matter to him. I called and left a voicemail to tell him i would be there in 3 hours. I arrived to find out he hadn't checked his vm in the 3 hours since I had called. I waited an hour and a half to finally purchase the car. Very disappointed in salesperson.
From the minute I walked in, and since I bought a vehicle, I have been followed up on and followed up on( yes , again � ) for any questions, issues ,changes,etc. and I am more than happy to report that Justin Rivera is exceptional for his professionalism. I considered purchasing a new vehicle for a few months. After researching various SUVs I decided to visit Freedom to look at the selections of Jeeps. Sidney Ruth showed me a few models. He was very knowledgeable and nice! I purchased a new Grand Cherokee. It is a beauty! Freedom has a friendly atmosphere where you can browse without sales pressure. I felt comfortable and enjoyed the experience.
We have been extremely pleased with the service at Freedom Toyota. We have a 2013 Toyota Avalon and a 2015 Toyota Sienna. Mike Gonzales, is our service person for both cars and has consistently taken care of our cars as if they were his own. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and a great communicator. He spends time with customers explaining what actions are best for our cars. He has built a trusting relationship with us.

Every time I have taken my car here, it has been an awful experience. Their customer service sucks! The work is done well. I was yelled at by Marshall (body work area) this past Wednesday. What a mean man. I was so upset. And another time before this; over in the service area they started to shut those big doors down on me. They thought it was funny. Scared the crap out of me. I will not take my car there again.
Service was prompt and they addressed all that i asked for.
