RecommendedVery easy to deal with and considerate
Terrible customer service after purchase. Sold me a lemon of a jeep. Engine blew with 60 miles on it. Freedom nor Chrysler would stand behind it.
Absolutely terrible. Sales, customer service, labor. They had my car (which I bought from freedom) for over a week and were unable to get me a rental. I tried to even trade the car in and get a new one from freedom, and even that seemed impossible. Just an all around bad experience.
I came in for recurring multiple issues of my 16 RAV4 Hybrid. if you go the Service Department always ask for Jody Irish. She is always the same: positive, helpful, courteous, and pretty much a rock star. She makes sure if you are waiting that you aren't forgotten about and even though I'm having multiple troubles with my RAV4 Hyvrid with paint, center console, and the EV motor kicking on at 65mph... she knows that I'm frustrated and makes the experience as positive as it can be.
