I bought a 2011 dodge charger and 2 days later i noticed shaking from steering wheel when i breaked. i called scheduled to get looked at and they told me my rotors were bad and needed replaced they was charging me 1200$ to get them replaced and i only had vehicle less than a week. i thought they would of replaced them no charge since i just got vehicle but no. ive gotten better service from buy here pay here dealerships..now i have to dish out more money..

Although my wait was longer since inspection and 15,000 mile maintenance was needed, they also owed me a free cleaning inside and out for a previous service not given , my car was clean, however since I live in Perry County and we don’t require emission sticker, it was removed but debris left on my windshield, isn’t there away they can get that off?????
James was good at his job and helpfull. The only issue i had was the gas light came as soon as i got accross the street to have some lunch. In other wprds i am glad i didnt get on the interstate right away or i would have been walkin.
Great experience working with Ratha San in the Service Department on a recent insurance claim due to road debris damage to my Higlander. Ratha went above and beyond to help me by providing excellent customer service!
Herb was great! My husband and I both bought cars with him. A Mazda 3 and a Toyota corolla. Made us feel comfortable and confident with our purchases! Along with follow up calls months later to see how everything is going, he is fantastic!
