First time EVER purchasing a new OR used vehicle from a dealer that was not detailed, inside or out, when I picked it up. And I’ve bought a lot of cars over the years. I just spent an hour cleaning the inside of a 2017 Tacoma I picked up yesterday. Pet hair on the seats, spots on the upholstery, dusty. Not even vacuumed! Should have stuck with Rahal.
