This has been an absolute nightmare experience dealing with this dealership!! I traded a vehicle in and the one I left with has been in the service department 3 times in less than 30 days!! I was contacted about a payment due on the vehicle I traded in and obviously no longer have in my possession!!! I may have purchased a used vehicle however we made this purchase with the understanding that there was nothing wrong with this vehicle. The response from an employee was that “you did buy a used vehicle”.

Today I went “looking” at one car and came home with this beautiful 4Runner! This was a quick, easy, painless process with HERB DRAWBAUGH. He gave great customer service, was patient, and didn’t bat an eye when I chose something different. He got it done! Also, the Finance Manager, JAMES, was equally amazing - no pressure, efficient, quick, and was able to get me into an even better scenario than first discussed! I am so pleased and I am an official Toyota convert! Thank you for working with me!

My husband and I had a horrible experience with heritage. They stopped returning our phone calls and left us with many unanswered questions. I requested an appointment to see a certain vehicle and when we arrived the vehicle wasn’t there (it was in Maryland) we asked if it could be brought up and it never was. The car ended up selling and we were never notified. When i requested to speak to management I was told by the manager he was going to check into my complaint and call me back but he never did. Called right back , but the car had already sold. Took our information and said they'd contact us if a similar car came in. Can't ask for much more than that .
