Poor customer service. We agreed to have the car delivered to my residence then they decided that they did not want to do it. I then declined the purchase. I even gave them a deposit.

I purchased a 2017 Jeep (Just over 28000 miles) there less than three weeks ago, with factory warranty left, paid for it to be a certified used vehicle, and got the extended warranty. Two days ago I heard a thumping noise and took it into the shop. JP with a big help but it turned out that the tires were bad. Instead of doing right with a new customer who has had a certified used vehicle print them for less than a month, they are requiring me to pay for the test to see what was wrong and to pay for the replacement of a tire.... read more

I worked with Ryan for the purchase of my vehicle. She was great, responded quickly via text (which I preferred) to my inquiries, and even allowed me to drive the vehicle to my home a few miles away for my husband to look at it. I traded my Toyota and bought a pre-owned with Ryan. She was excellent and I highly recommend working with her for car purchases.
