My husband and I had a horrible experience with heritage. They stopped returning our phone calls and left us with many unanswered questions. I requested an appointment to see a certain vehicle and when we arrived the vehicle wasn’t there (it was in Maryland) we asked if it could be brought up and it never was. The car ended up selling and we were never notified. When i requested to speak to management I was told by the manager he was going to check into my complaint and call me back but he never did.
