I purchased a 2017 Jeep (Just over 28000 miles) there less than three weeks ago, with factory warranty left, paid for it to be a certified used vehicle, and got the extended warranty. Two days ago I heard a thumping noise and took it into the shop. JP with a big help but it turned out that the tires were bad. Instead of doing right with a new customer who has had a certified used vehicle print them for less than a month, they are requiring me to pay for the test to see what was wrong and to pay for the replacement of a tire.... read more

I worked with Ryan for the purchase of my vehicle. She was great, responded quickly via text (which I preferred) to my inquiries, and even allowed me to drive the vehicle to my home a few miles away for my husband to look at it. This has been an absolute nightmare experience dealing with this dealership!! I traded a vehicle in and the one I left with has been in the service department 3 times in less than 30 days!! I was contacted about a payment due on the vehicle I traded in and obviously no longer have in my possession!!! I may have purchased a used vehicle however we made this purchase with the understanding that there was nothing wrong with this vehicle. The response from an employee was that “you did buy a used vehicle”.

Today I went “looking” at one car and came home with this beautiful 4Runner! This was a quick, easy, painless process with HERB DRAWBAUGH. He gave great customer service, was patient, and didn’t bat an eye when I chose something different. He got it done!
