This is a long over due feedback which must be done. Approx Jan 2nd I called my personal Insurance seeking to have my SUV look at because of a 'Minor" accident and damage I had from sliding into a curb from the recent snow storm. I asked my agent to locate the closes repair show to me based on convenience & weather condition. Thus how the connection to Freedom was made. I have used Freedom Toyota of Harrisburg twice. Both times we were treated like royalty. All employees would give you a pleasent hello as they passed by. They work hard at getting you the vehicle you picked out. I give them 10 gold stars for putting us behind the wheel of a 2013 Rav 4 and then a 2017 Camry. Super Bowl Champs of car dealerships.

Tried to have my son test drive a car that was in a serious accident. When he inquired about it he was hung up on. The workers there are very rude. I had 2 daughters who experience the same. Would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to buy a vehicle there. DON'T DO IT!!!!!

Had my wife's jeep in that we just bought there in December. Herd Drawbaugh was my salesman. Very good, very highly recommended. We brought jeep in for a trans oil and filter change that was promised to us IN WRITING when we purchased. Had a communication problem and they didn't want to do the oil and filter change. Herb stepped up, talked to someone, explained that it was promised and they ended up doing it. So because Herb went above and beyond we got it taken care of. I walked into Freedom expecting to buy a used car. Luke Gill listened closely to my concerns and priorities. My biggest goal was a low monthly payment and at least breaking even with my trade in. I never considered leasing until Luke showed me the numbers and I realized that it was perfect for my situation! Luke stayed late so that I could drive off the lot that night. Thanks for listening closely and for being so attentive and cheerful! I love my 2018 Corolla!
