Recently stopped in for service without an appointment and was welcomed very nicely by Jodie who fit me in. While I waited for service I wandered over to look at a new Highlander and a Rav4. Thinking about a new vehicle. Treated very nicely. Not yet ready to take the plunge, but I will be back!
I absolutely LOVE Freedom Jeep and the service I receive from Tracey Mattern and the service team there! Everyone is friendly, overly accommodating and my service experience is always a great time. I would highly recommend buying a Jeep from Freedom! I actually look forward to my oil changes and service there. Kudos to Tracey!!! ���
Terrible customer service. I was trying to buy a truck from here and had questions. Was told I would get a call back that day and after 4 days and talking to numerous people who work there I still have not had any of my questions answered. I guess they do not care if they sell any vehicles or not. Luckily there are many other dealers in the area that actually want to sell their vehicles.
My husband and i worked with Herb today. I didnt think wed be able to get a car due to credit and financial stuff but Herb worked numbers and he was able to get us into a car today. We had a great car buying experience with Herb and the team of employees. Will be going there for future car purchases and referring people there. Thanks for the help and getting us a car today!
The customer service is seriously lacking . My husband turned his keep in to get serviced , should've been a 1 day thing and we will be going into day 3 with no car and no communication from the service dept letting us know what is going on , we are having to call in to get updated even though we were told they would call us today letting us know what's going on . You guys need to seriously step up the communication and customer service .

This was my second time buying a vehicle from Freedom Toyota both times I was impressed with there service. Herb is a great guy and he took the time to look over a couple trucks on the lot, he also looked up different specs and things on the computer for me. I did not feel pressured into buying anything and it was a great experiance!
