Serran Anderson is such a great salesperson. He was knowledgable and has such a friendly personality. He made our experience at Freedom Toyota a terrific one! Ryan and the rest of the staff were great too! We love our new Rav4!
Hands down worst customer service EVER...avoid this place at all costs! Good luck getting someone to answer the phone and if your lucky enough to speak with someone they'll tell you anything to get you off the phone to continue there smoke break! I bought a vehicle here 3-4 months ago and it had a few minor things to fix no big deal right WRONG...out of those 3-4 months of ownership they've had possession of it for approximately 2 of those months!
