Have had terrible time with service dept. Damien has come out numerous times to repair our washer. It was delivered with big dent in top of machine that they had to replace. We think they dropped it unloading it. The door has never shut right and he came out 2 different times to repair. DIDN'T WORK!! I called numerous times over Xmas and he finally called me back saying factory authorized replacing front of machine.
