Look for Jacki Smith when you get your appliances. He helped me a year ago with ordering and getting the best appliances at great prices. And today he came out on his day off to install a toe kick plate that somehow was not done on our dishwasher. He had always offered service above and beyond!
I purchased a freezer a few years ago and the service was great. I recently purchased a dryer and had it delivered by a discourteous disheveled delivery man that didn't even hook up the dryer to the vent. I found that he had gone and never let me know what was going on. I called the store and they were of little help. I had to finish the hook up myself.
