I bought a whirlpool oven and less than six months it stop working. I contacted them and they came out and now it’s two months later and the oven is still no repaired. Their salesman Joey told me after 45 days they would replace it. It’s been over 45 days and I can’t get nothing done after several times a week and whirlpool or appliance solutions will stand by their product which is still under warranty!!!! I would not waste my money their they will definitely lie to you.

After an unfortunate critical incident occurred with my refrigerator that could have led to much more serious results, Jay, Matt, and Violet in sales at 41st and Mike in delivery were incredible. I appreciate so much their compassion for my extreme distress, their willingness to “make things right”, and their sincere concern about my bad experience. My salesman was Jay ******* @ the 71st location. I would recommend Mr. ******* to my family and friends. Mr. ******* is top notch at his knowledge, customer service and just being a very nice and honest man. It's so hard to find people like that anymore.

Look for Jacki Smith when you get your appliances. He helped me a year ago with ordering and getting the best appliances at great prices. And today he came out on his day off to install a toe kick plate that somehow was not done on our dishwasher. He had always offered service above and beyond!

I purchased a freezer a few years ago and the service was great. I recently purchased a dryer and had it delivered by a discourteous disheveled delivery man that didn't even hook up the dryer to the vent. I found that he had gone and never let me know what was going on. I called the store and they were of little help. I had to finish the hook up myself.
