Phil came out very soon after calling for services and not only fixed the issue with the icemaker, but also provided helpful information for how to avoid the issue in the future. He also was great for recommendations on what appliance brands are really good and which to avoid.. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend him.
Joani from Millman's Appliance Customer Service department was very helpful with identifying the damage part, ordering and then scheduling a service appointment to take care of our problem. Bruce the service tech was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous while in our home. Its nice to know that some companies still provide great services. Thank you. Tom McSorley
Very pleased with delivery and installation of my new Refrigerator. Explanations were clear and workers tried to be neat and careful. Electronics in door is not well-expalined so serviceman came out and explained. When electronics jammed again, Joni gave direction over the phone -- all good!
Our stove broke 2 weeks before our Christmas dinner for 20. We had a specific duel fuel stove we were trying to find, however it was out of inventory everywhere with delivery dates well into the new year. Rose at Millman's performed magic! She was able to find us the stove and have it scheduled for delivery before Christmas. The service team was great as well, they kept us in the loop throughout the delivery and installation. You will never get that kind of service from a big box store!
We just had a GE fridge delivered today. Eric and Eric did a great job for us with removal of the old fridge and set up of the new fridge in our kitchen. Thank you so much!
Millman's are great! Yesterday Gary helped my 87-year-old mother with her purchase of a refrigerator. Today it was delivered and put in place by Don and Phil. They did a great job. I will always purchase my appliances from this company. They are great! Denny
Millman's delivery men EZ and BJ were very polite and professional when they installed our refrigerator.
