This morning I called Rose because our fridge died, by 3 pm we had a new GE Cafe Series to replace the nine year old model. Rose and the staff at the store were very friendly and extremely helpful. The delivery team of Bear and EZ were polite, neat and worked their butts off to get this monster thru my front door. They set up the new unit adjusted the doors properly and took the old one away. Purchased a range from Millmans Appliance in Lewis. Great experience. Friendly, down home environment. Very experienced salesperson. Kevin and Mike delivered and installed the range. They were absolutely great. Polite and experienced. Extremely considerate of us and our home. These guys were just what you would hope for when receiving an appliance delivery.

I have been a customer at Millmans for 20 years. They have never disappointed me. Today a most polite, professional young man installed our new dishwasher. Thank you Anthony K. for your patience and making sure our new dishwasher is running perfectly. I do prefer local businesses over big box stores.
A year later still waiting for damaged on install refrigerator doors to be replaced. They don’t answer phone, return calls, and today Myra hung up on me. She told me they will call me when they come in but they have no idea when. I do not understand how this business is still in business. Run away. Buyer beware go elsewhere.
