This morning I called Rose because our fridge died, by 3 pm we had a new GE Cafe Series to replace the nine year old model. Rose and the staff at the store were very friendly and extremely helpful. The delivery team of Bear and EZ were polite, neat and worked their butts off to get this monster thru my front door. They set up the new unit adjusted the doors properly and took the old one away. Need a little patient to get right size over the range Microwave, Mr Pat & Ez before the Installation take time to explain and after installation, they checking to make sure everting running perfectly

I have been a customer at Millmans for 20 years. They have never disappointed me. Today a most polite, professional young man installed our new dishwasher. Thank you Anthony K. for your patience and making sure our new dishwasher is running perfectly. I do prefer local businesses over big box stores.

We have worked with Rose on three occasions and all were wonderful. We bought a washer and dryer, refrigerator and a stove. Delivery was on time and as expected. Will always buy from Millman’s

Update: On 2.19.21, I was instant messaged by Gary Chorman, the father of Patrick Chorman, and the actual owner of the business. He seems to be a very nice and most reasonable man. He apologized profusely for the problems I had experienced, and he assured me that the refund check was already written and would be mailed on 2.20.21. I'll update again once I have received it. Last Update: On 2.23.21, I received a check from Millman's Appliances in the amount of $159.99 for the refund of the installation fee. This finally ends ... read more

My dealings with Millman's Appliances have been nightmarish. On 6.2.2020 I purchased a dishwasher. Multiple scheduled delivery dates were missed, with no calls or contact from Millman's. No contact at all (other than to schedule another delivery date), unless I initiated it. Their phone system was an impenetrable labyrinth. Do not purchase from this store- I am waiting since 9/30/20 for a replacement handle on my stove which they damaged when they delivered it- they don’t answer their phone and mailbox is always full so you can’t leave message- they also don’t reply to emails - amazed that they are still in business after reading so many bad reviews about them
