I like to support local businesses, and purchased an over-the-range microwave from Millmans in September 2020. They installed it, and in late March the range bulb went out. While I was changing it, the bulb broke in the socket. Since it was still under warranty, I tried to contact Millmans several times, and either got no answer, left a voice message which was never returned, or spoke to someone, who did not get back to me. We have worked with Rose on three occasions and all were wonderful. We bought a washer and dryer, refrigerator and a stove. Delivery was on time and as expected. Will always buy from Millman’s

I purchased a KitchenAid oven from Miillmans in July 2020. After many emails and calls it was finally installed in October of 2020. According to the installer it was damaged before he took it out of the box. There is a large ding in the door. Supposedly Millmans ordered a new door in October. I have recently sent Millmans several new emails requesting installation information about the new door. They have again failed to return my emails. Update: On 2.19.21, I was instant messaged by Gary Chorman, the father of Patrick Chorman, and the actual owner of the business. He seems to be a very nice and most reasonable man. He apologized profusely for the problems I had experienced, and he assured me that the refund check was already written and would be mailed on 2.20.21. I'll update again once I have received it. Last Update: On 2.23.21, I received a check from Millman's Appliances in the amount of $159.99 for the refund of the installation fee. This finally ends ... read more

OUTSTANDING customer service! Polite knowledgeable and professional staff! Wide verity off appliances offered. Clean show room even with the renovations takeing place for the new displays they maintained a clean sanitary welcoming show room! ALL Staff was fallowing COVID 19 protocols Reguardless how ridiculous they are. I would definitely recommend stopping in for any of you appliance needs!!!

Multiple scheduled delivery dates were missed, with no calls or contact from Millman's. No contact at all (other than to schedule another delivery date), unless I initiated it.
