⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Quack Rentals, thanks to their delivery driver, Tony. He was extremely professional, friendly, and right on time. He took the time to explain everything clearly, handled the delivery with care, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job and providing excellent customer service. Tony is a huge asset to the company—highly recommend Quack Rentals because of him!
Just had a set of washer and dryer delivered while my home is in process of being rebuilt after water damage. The machines are in excellent condition and the installation could not have been more efficient and professional. Jesse walked me through the machine operation and made sure both units were running properly before leaving. Highly recommend!
Tony was an excellent employee! Very knowledgeable about the washer we purchased and he also removed the old one and installed the new one! He showed me all the new buttons and was very helpful to me!! Thank you so very much Quack!!
Start to finish whole experience was smooth. Came out next day set up less than a hour. Tony was awesome cleaned everything explained what he was doing very sweet man would definitely recommend to others and use again if ever needed
The customer service prior to delivery was great. The delivery went smooth and finished with Troy making sure everything was running properly before they left. Cool, awesome. I put in my first load to wash, didn’t overload the washer…the washing machine started to smell like it was burning. Then it stopped working. It’s absolutely full of water and now it won’t drain.
