Wow, where do I start.. I’m mind blown. I just moved from Florida to San Antonio, Texas to my surprise the brand new apartments I moved into do not have a washer and dryer as I had to figure it out quick I found them online as they have great reviews I was speaking to Dan He easily and thoroughly explained everything to me and was very nice and welcoming. Delivery was great on response! 3 flights of stairs in a timely manner, and the setup was quick & efficient also! Great work, 5/5 would definitely recommend.
Tony was awesome! He was ahead of schedule and sent me a message to notify me. He was very friendly and professional and did an excellent job explaining to me what steps he would be doing during the install of both my washer and dryer. I am very happy with my experience and 10 out of 10 would recommend!
Both units working fine, except my OCD because they are 2 different brands, the washer look kinda rough and rusty, but installation was good, no issues. I just wish I would get a bit better luck at receiving newer units 🙁 overall good customer service from the office and installer Chris. *Updated* My washer wouldn’t drain, so I put in the service call, and the next day, they replaced a new washer for me.
