TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Let me paste the email they sent me but firstly, I recently got out the military and the transition has been hard. I asked them to extend me a month for their appliances (with a dryer that doesn't work after a second replacement by the way) and the morning that day came, this predatory sounding email came from them. Great experience with Quack rentals! I was blessed to have Tony come out and install our washer and dryer, he called me 2 hours before the appointment to let me know if I wanted them early he was ready. when he got here he quickly inspected the dryer vents and tested everything properly and warned me about any issues I may have to to lack of cleaning the vents in the past, super friendly and informational! 6/5 stars from me!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Quack Rentals, thanks to their delivery driver, Tony. He was extremely professional, friendly, and right on time. He took the time to explain everything clearly, handled the delivery with care, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job and providing excellent customer service. Tony is a huge asset to the company—highly recommend Quack Rentals because of him!
The drivers were great! When I got these installed 2 years ago it was a quick and easy installment. The gentleman Eric is who picked up my washer and dryer and he was awesome! I reccomend anyone to use them for rentals !
Perfect experience. Super easy appointment scheduling. Excellent customer service from the installer. I had Tony install my machines and he was perfect. Even cleaned out the dryer vent before so that everything worked to the best standard. Checked the machines after to make sure they work. He even helped the movers I had move my family piano bc they needed assistance. Thank you so much!! Great company!
