After purchasing a refrigerator,a dishwasher, a gas grill and more recently a washer and dryer from Gerhards, I’ve had it with their horrible customer service which borders on the unscrupulous if not downright dishonest. I paid for installation along with my purchase of the washer and dryer. The surly delivery man informed me that the power chord with the dryer was too short and that I would have to purchase and install this myself. He left my machines out in the kitchen. great appliance superstore We needed several appliances for our new home - oven, dishwasher, refrigerator. The sales person we worked with was very knowledgable and did not recommend items based on price but rather on customer satisfaction. They delivered and installed on the promised date. Buying here was a breeze and we will definately returm.
beware Went to this store instead of chain, knowing would be more expensive. Went to buy several air conditioners during a "Memorial Day Sale", flyer I got in mail/newspaper stated ALL air conditioners on sale. The salesman was snotty and condescending. Even though buying over $800 worth of air conditioners. When we asked about the sale, he danced around the question. Underhanded business practice My mother bought several air condtitioners from this store this summer (as well as a lot of other appliances over the years). After less than a month, the air conditioner broke. She took it back at the end of June and told her it would be about a week....well that turned into about 6 weeks. The were supposed to deliver it this week and then never showed up. When she called they said they had "overbooked" and they would deliver it the next day.
