Buyer beware......After being sold a complete kitchen appliance package, the refrigerator has failed after 14 months. When trying to talk to someone, their automated message instructs me to wait 1-2 business days for a call back, not even a fix. I expect better and would not recommend anyone give them their business, zero customer service.
Bought a refrigerator first of June and by August 3 still not received. Visited store today and was told delivery scheduled for August 12 but they couldn't guarantee that because they might sell it out from under me. Hugh? So I called customer service when I got home with this information and asked them if they would guarantee my delivery date by August 12 if in fact it would not be sold out from under me. CS hemmed and hawed and couldn't seem to give me any assurance, so I just got more angry and cancelled the order. Wanted... read more

RecommendedWithin 24 hours of our old fridge quitting I ordered and had a one delivered. Thank you Thank you. With the safer at home order we had extra food that would have spoiled if we hadn't gotten such prompt service. Our delivery men were quick and professional.
The service is great. We have purchased from here for years. Recently my refrigerator died while on my vacation. The new one was installed 36 hrs after purchase. I send anyone looking for appliances to Grand. Thank You for the speedy replacement fridge.
EVERYTHING! Dennis was amazing to work with from the second we walked in the door. He listened to what we wanted and needed for appliances. The entire sales process was seamless and efficient. Dennis also raved about the delivery drivers and we were not proven wrong. They were pleasant and professional. They were two people I could sit and talk with for hours. Truly exceptional experience and we will not look anywhere else!
