We'd like to compliment the excellent repair service we received from Chris with Earl B. Feiden. We called them to repair our 11 year-old Electrolux refrigerator freezer (bought from them) which had an ice build-up at the back and bottom of the freezer, which prevented the freezer door from closing properly, which consequently made it impossible to keep the correct freezer temperature. We had repeated issues with our Wolf oven over the years. While I have been disappoint in the appliance I must say Wolf Corporate customer support has been excellent. Additionally, the last service tech that came to our house (Samuel) was also excellent. Knowledgeable, informative and courteous. He gets 5 stars.
On Thursday, June 9, we had a refrigerator delivery and Anthony and Jonathan who delivered it were extremely efficient and honored my request for an early delivery. The process was very professional and smooth.
This morning Will came over to repair my refrigerator. He was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and took his time explaining what he was doing. He installed the defrost timer that I had at my house and when the other part comes in he will be back. He was prompt too. Called me and told me when to expect him and he was here at that time. I highly recommend him. I would give him an A plus rating. Fran B
RecommendedI can't say enough positive things about the fantastic service I received from Earl B. Feiden Appliance. My stove and refrigerator needed repair work at the same time. Ronnie, the service technician, was reliable, courteous, and highly experienced, and he made both the stove and the fridge as good as new. The scheduling folks were friendly and accommodating. The service team is a thoroughly professional operation and I couldn't be more satisfied.
