I have been coming to the practice on Thomas Johnson Drive since 1991 and have always been pleased with the quality of care I have gotten. Dr. Jones and Lucy are extremely flexible to provide exactly what I need. They make suggestions that are pertinent to my best health without putting pressure on me. I love the friendly relationship that we have.
I have never been mistreated as bad as yesterday at the Solerex location. First I have been Dr. Lee's patient for 20 years! I had a Medicare physical and blood work done on the 8th. I was told I needed to come back for a follow up so the Dr. could give me my medications. This is strange because when I was in there on the 8th waiting for my blood to be drawn I listened to Dr. Lee's nurse call another patient and give her, her results of her tests! I found Dr. Juliano to be very unprofessional and have concerns about her level of competence.
I love my primary care doctor! I just came from a pre-op physical for a melanoma excision and sentinel node biopsy. Dr. Fitleberg was simply, the best! She took her time to review what was going on with my health in both mind and body. She was very reassuring to help ease my anxiety about my upcoming surgery and diagnosis. I recommend her to everyone!
This was the first time going to the Solerex location. I had to take my daughter to the walk in. The doctor was awesome, the wait wasn't too bad but my only complaint is checking in. No matter how many times you've been to this practice they make YOU use this antiquated tablet to TAP your personal information into this device so they don't have to. It is VERY annoying and time consuming rather than printing out a sheet, asking you to review it and hand write updates.
I have been a patient with this group for 20 years and the recent change to privia has made going to the doctor an ordeal in frustration and excuses. Absolutely horrible service. 3 hours for a 15 minute consultation and only excuses from office staff. If you were looking for a medical practice, steer clear of FPCA!
Ballenger Creek office-Do not come here if you value your life ! I asked the PA Rebecca Earley- Lee in December 2014 to check out a mole I was concerned about. She flicked at it, laughed and told me I worried too much. I went to a dermatologist a few months later and it turned out to be malignant melanoma. Could have spared myself an invasive surgery and a lot of worry if it had been diagnosed earlier. I love FPCA Springridge. I've been a patient for about 8 years. I was very happy with my first nurse practitioner, however she decided to specialize and left several years ago. Now I see NP Beth. She really takes time to listen, takes into consideration all aspects that affect my health (I work night shift - it's a completely different challenge for trying to stay rested and healthy) and remembers little things from visit to visit.
