Make them more available for patients. I understand the Covid is here now and explains some of their poor care. They are no more interested in caring for you ,unless of course they find out it effects their pocket. Today I heard a receptionist tell a patient flu shots are scheduled at a ridiculous low number and they can't schedule any now till NOV 1st###!!! What? We are patients of the FPCA team at 63 Thomas Johnson Drive--Dr Delgrippo and staff. They held a drive through flu clinic tonight that was fast, efficient, professional, friendly and safe!!! Highly recommend this practice and this team!

My time with FPCA began over twenty years ago. My doctor was Dr. Judith Henry. She also took wonderful care of my mother. It was a sad day when Dr. Henry passed away; I attended her memorial service at Holy Family. For years following Dr. Ho was my doctor and like Dr. Henry treated me with utmost care and concern. And now I see Jenni Dorsey in whom I have the most utmost trust. She's been with me through many difficult times and happy times. As always - no matter who I see at FPCA, I can not shout loud enough how strongly I recommend your practice. I’ve been a patient of FPCA for many years, first with Dr. Ho, now with Jenny Dorsey. I have had complete confidence in both of them. Jenny Dorsey is wonderful. I also love the staff!! From the nurses to the receptionists, they are all very friendly and always willing to help when I have questions. Plus they are fun and always smiling. This is very important to me. Keep it up FPCA!!
