I love the Urbana office . Everyone is so friendly. The office staff, nurses and doctors are all excellent. They take their time to make you feel comfortable and are very thorough. I finally found a doctors office that I love! MaryBeth M
Doctors Gough and Wiley and the entire Staff at the Walkersville office are wonderful. We not only receive excellent care but are always happy with the friendly thoughtful attention from everyone.
The Ballenger office is fantastic. Whenever I come in with my son Eli a swarm of people say hello to him and show him love. He walks down the hall like he owns the place. I love that he is so comfortable with the space and the people. Donna and Holly are great at the front desk and we just love Judy and Keena! Allison and Dr. Heitzig are fantastic. My husband and I both go there as well and always have a great experience from start to finish.
Been with FPCA since 1987. Dr. Lerner is as wise as a man can be. Delgrippo is very good as well. Hundermer.....well......next question please. Great orgsnization !!!!!!!!!
I've been a patient here for over 10 years. I used to like going here. Now, there is a two month wait for a physical. When sharing my frustration with the receptionist I get "Well, ma'am we do have over 40,000 patients". Really? That's supposed to make me feel better? That you have so many patients that you can't see those that have been coming there for over a decade for at least TWO MONTHS???? It's time to find a new doctor.
