Dr. Ciarkowski is the best. Everybody there is helpful and supportive as well as cheerful. Cheerful being sooo very important!
My family and I have been patients at FPCA since 2003. My family has some complicated medical issues, and Dr. Juliano and her assistant, Vanessa, have always been there to help us. She gives us lots of support and options. We are so lucky to have found this provider.

I have never experienced such terrible customer service anywhere in my entire life. I would rather go to the emergency room than make an appointment with Frederick Primary Care Associates. Mostly because it seems that a wait in the emergency room is shorter than a wait for an APPOINTMENT with my primary care doctor. My appointment time is rarely kept and I, on average, will always wait 45 minutes before I am seen. Dr. Edward Fisher has been our doctor 4 over 25 years. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Always been there for us and is so considerate and kind. Very compassionate and knowledgeable. Also thank you Susan Burton.
