LOL anything would be an improvement, answer the phones, call in Rx's when they say they will oh and have ALL people not just some people who work there ACTUALLY know what they're doing
love the walkersville office. Lauren heckhouse is who I always see. Shes easy to talk to and she listens. The entire staff here is amazing!
Love Dr. Ajebon in the Urbana office. Staff is great. But why whyyy is the TV in the waiting room always so loud?? 😩🙉
I have been well cared for by FPCA for 31 years. I have seen just about every physician and PA in that time and I feel like they listen to me and hear my concerns. I am also very diligent to keep track of exactly all the meds I am taking and tell them about it. Also I go to every appointment prepared with a list of questions so that I use their time wisely and remember to ask important questions.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this practice!! My providers are absolutely awesome! Knowledgeable yet down to Earth, responsive and delightful to work with! So thankful for FPCA URBANA!!!
